Ingredients for milk sharbat.

Steps for making Milk Sarbath

  • Take 2 cups of milk and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to room temperature, refrigerate it before using it. Then, pour half of the milk into the blender. Adding half of the cup reduces the chances of splitting the milk from the blender while blending it.

Quick Tips

  • I used boiled and chilled milk is for the safer side. So that bacteria present in the milk is destroyed.
  • Adding half of the cup for blending is also for the safer side since there are chances of splitting the milk while blending.
  • For this sarbath, you can add your desired nuts for garnishing just before serving so that they will beautifully float over it.
