RECIPE FOR BEANS CURRY WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND PICTURES ARE GIVEN HERE

Beans curry is a simple side dish recipe that goes amazing with Chapati, hot plain rice. It is a combined flavoured dish that contains spiciness, sweetness and sour taste since we add tamarind pulp. I haven’t added coconut to this curry if you want you can add a little bit of smoothly blended coconut to this curry as well.

This is a semi-gravy consistency of curry and also be made in a dry form. I have made it as a spicy one but you can adjust the spiciness according to your taste. You can feed this curry to your kids’ as well. I often make this curry since am fond of this type of curries. To the alternate of beans, you can add potatoes, chickpeas, bitter gourd and so on. You can also check the similar type of curry that is made in bitter gourd and you may like it. Moreover, these types of curries sync well with Mor Kulambu and trust me, it tastes heavenly.
