BEANS PORIYAL RECIPE WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND PICTURES ARE GIVEN HERE
Beans poriyal is a simple and delicious vegetarian side dish that goes amazing with hot plain rice. I usually add vegetables to my diet daily and among them, poriyal takes a major role. Poriyal recipes are one of the easiest methods of adding veggies to our food since they can be prepared in lesser minutes. We have nothing much to do when you are preparing poriyal or thoran recipes. You can adjust the spices by adding and skipping them. Other than salt, we can skip many of the spices. This also makes a good lunch box recipe for your kids since they barely eat vegetables, you can make the vegetables in a poriyal form and mix them in the rice.

Now, let me clear you about adding and skipping the spices in the poriyal or thoran recipes. Usually, I will add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Here you can either skip all the spices by adding chopped green chillies. If you don’t want to be spicy, you can just add turmeric powder and cumin powder only. Or else, you can skip everything and can add black pepper powder only. That tastes good as well. Whatever changes you make in these poriyal or thoran recipes, it tastes good. So try this Beans Poriyal recipe and let me know how it turns out for you.
