Chicken Noodles Recipe is a spicy Indo-Chinese recipe mainly served in Indo-Chinese restaurants in India and other Foreign countries. This is not an authentic Chinese recipe but a fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
This Chicken Noodles can be served for breakfast or dinner. I have added my own spices to give an Indian touch to this recipe. You can adjust the spices as per your taste.

Mixing veggies and fried chicken along with the sauces will make this dish yummy. I have used soya sauce, tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce to enhance the recipe’s taste. If you have red chilli sauce, you can add them as well.
There are many variations to preparing Chicken Noodles recipe, and I have made the simple one. All the new cooks can give a try to this recipe. The amount of sauces I have used is a bit spicy, but you can adjust them according to your taste.

While frying the chicken, use the boneless tender chicken. So that it will get fried easily. Before frying them, marinate the chicken for at least 15 to 30 mins.
To marinate the chicken, I used pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. You can also add a tsp of soy sauce along with these spices if needed. Whatever the variations you make, this recipe will taste delicious.

CHICKEN NOODLES
Equipment
- Any type of Pan
Ingredients
TO MARINATE THE CHICKEN
- 250 grms Boneless Chicken
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
TO MAKE CHICKEN NOODLES
- 1 Pac Hakka Noodles
- Fried Chicken pieces
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Red Capsicum (thinly sliced)
- 1 Green Capsicum (thinly sliced)
- 1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 3 Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Green chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
CHICKEN MARINATION
- Add the pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the chicken.
- Mix them evenly and marinate for 30 mins.
TO MAKE CHICKEN NOODLES
- Boil water in the pan and add noodles. Cook it for 5 to 7 mins or as per the instructions given in the noodles packet.
- Add a tsp of salt and oil while cooking the noodles.
- Once the noodle is cooked, drain the water and set it aside.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Fry them until the chicken turns soft. Keep them aside.
- Next, Next, in the same pan, heat 3 to 4 tbsp of coconut oil and add sliced onions. Saute them until they become translucent.
- Then add green chillies and saute them.
- Next, add all the sliced veggies and stir them for a few mins. Let the vegetables be a little crunchy
- Add all the sauces and stir for a min.
- Add fried chicken and give it a quick mix.
- Then add the cooked noodles and mix them gently. Check for the salt and add if needed.
- After mixing up, close the pan and keep them for 5 mins. Let all the flavours settle in.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- To the chicken marination, you can also add a tsp of soya sauce to enhance the taste.
- I have used sooji Hakka noodles but you can use any type of noodles of your choice.
- Adjust the sauces according to your taste buds.
