Soya Chunks are the best replacement for the source of proteins. If you are a vegan and you crave some proteins in your vegetarian diet, then with no other thoughts, you can jump to the soya chunks. It is a great alternative for chicken recipes. Moreover, adding soya chunks to our diet is not too complicated since we can make many recipes using soya chunks.

This Soya Chunks curry takes less time to cook since soya chunks are soft. All you have to do is:
- Put the soya chunks in hot or warm water for 15 mins.
- Wash the soya chunks thoroughly.
- Since the soya has been soaking in the water for a long time, it has absorbed the water. So squeeze the soya chunks really well to drain the excess amount of water.
So that they will turn into a spongy texture. It goes well with Chapati, Idiyappam, Appam, Dosa, Idli or hot plain rice. All the beginners can try this recipe since it is easy – peasy to cook. So try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.
Along with the curry, you can also try Soya Chunks pulao which tastes undoubtedly delicious.
